The sigil of the Archangel Michael is used to invoke his strength and protection. Michael is the spirit who guided the prophet Elisha in all his actions and is regarded as the protector of all kingdoms.

"Michael" means “who is like God.” “Sabaoth” comes from Hebrew and means “Lord of Hosts,” and it is an epithet of God. It could also be an epithet of Michael as the leader of God’s army. “Athanatos” is Greek, and means “immortal,” literally a-, “without,” thanatos, “death.” “Saday” also comes from Hebrew and means “field,” i.e. a battlefield. Collectively, these words tell you that Michael is the immortal leader of God’s armies. By wearing this amulet, you have his protection, like the back said, "keep me safe and positive".
